At Cruz By Design, we take great care in preparing and shipping your orders. Please review our shipping policies below:
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Cruz By Design is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Once a package leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Cruz By Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we are always happy to assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
• Custom orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed and are non-refundable.
