We want you to love what you purchase from Cruz By Design. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
• In-store and online purchases may be returned for store credit only.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• All returns must be approved in advance by emailing info@cruzbydesign.net.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached to qualify for store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Clearance items
• All Tyler Candle Company products
• Car freshies
• Lotions
• Bath bombs
• Swimsuits
• Custom orders
